TMC San Francisco Search Requirement
Our company is providing tenant rep services for a San Francisco design and consulting firm. They have been based in the City for over 40 years. They are seeking a predominantly open design with high ceilings, well-lit with lots of natural light for design work.
Their current lease expires in December 2016. We are considering spaces roughly in the 7,000rsf-9,000rsf range.
Location: Anywhere in San Francisco, preferably Jackson Square, North Waterfront, Showplace Square, Potrero Hill, or Van Ness Corridor.
Preferably walking distance to BART or other transit.
1 Large Office: 300 sf
6 Medium Offices: 140-170 sf each
2 Small Offices: 70 sf each 1 Reception Desk: 200 sf
18 Workstations: 100 sf each
