TMC has just completed another tenant representation assignment for Moda, Inc. in Bothell, WA, an Eastside suburb of Seattle. Moda is the largest private company headquartered in Oregon with nearly 2,000 employees. This is one of several transactions that TMC has completed recently in Seattle. And one of many we have done for Moda in the past 5 years.
The office is an administration and sales location for Moda’s health insurance operations in Seattle.
