TMC has just completed another tenant representation assignment for Moda, Inc. in Bothell, WA, an\u00a0Eastside suburb of Seattle. Moda is the largest private company headquartered in Oregon with nearly 2,000\u00a0employees. This is one of several transactions that TMC has completed recently in Seattle. And one of\u00a0many we have done for Moda in the past 5 years.<\/p>\n

The office is an administration and sales location for Moda\u2019s health insurance operations in Seattle. The\u00a0key to the transaction is that TMC helped find what turned out to be an extremely cost effective space\u00a0without a lot of need for tenant improvements. Over the years we have focused on limiting capital expense\u00a0when our clients need new space. Finding subleases or spaces without a need for huge construction costs is\u00a0a significant money saver for corporations.<\/p>\n

At the same time, critical to that effort is finding a space that the future occupants want to be in. For Moda\u00a0we accomplished both missions. A space selected by the occupants. And one that didn\u2019t incur large TI costs\u00a0or a large rent to pay for TI costs.<\/p>\n
